Product Description
The Cuisinart Non-Stick Grilling Basket is the ideal tool to help cook fish, seafood, vegetables and other delicate foods that may fall through your grill grate. Fill the basket with your favorite fish filets and sliced vegetables and lock it in place. No more worries about your filet falling apart on the grill when you turn it. Just grab the elongated heat-resistant handle and turn. The professional grade non-stick wires ensure your food won't stick - even if you are grilling the most delicate fish filets or the thinnest sliced vegetables. And since your food won't stick to the wires, clean-up is a breeze.

Customer Reviews

Very Poor Design

I bought this product primarily to cook fish on the grill. There were two problems with this basket that led me to send it back without ever using it. First, the tines that make up the basket are spaced too far apart - so less dense fish (think talapia) would easily fall through - as would smaller pieces of vegetables. The 2nd problem was the way the basket closed - which made it very likely for the user to get fingers smashed during closure. I have a cast iron basket with much smaller holes that just sits on top of the grill - and I will just continue to use that for fish and vegetables unless I find a better quality version of this type of basket. Great idea - but poor design.
